Good autumn, friends!

Summer was just as busy as I thought it would be. I went to book festivals and author events, worked on my upcoming poetry collection, and got bitten by the burlesque bug. The Tarot deck continues to infuriate with its accurate, necessary, and unwelcome takes on my life; whoever writes my horoscope at Elle might be living in my walls but at least she’s looking out for me; and Mabon and this past full moon in Aries struck the foundations of my life and sense of self in the earth-shaking ways they were supposed to, leaving me as emotionally wobbly and tender as a newborn foal.

I have two events on the calendar for this fall! This past weekend was the Loveland Author Fest, hosted by Bike Trail Books, and I completely forgot to tell anyone about it, but I still sold a lot of books. And made new friends, which, that always happens anyway. This was before my stars-aligned crashout, so I was still charming and personable, lol. Up next:

October 24: Troy Book Fest at the Troy-Miami County Public Library, from 10am to 3pm! I’m also on the poetry panel with my poetry friend Steven at 2pm. This is still a month out, so the time on that may change, but I’ll update it as necessary.

November 7: Mulberry St Books Author Meet-Up in Lebanon, time TBD! It’s their largest local author event of the year, and usually coincides with Lebanon’s Girls Night Out.

I also have several burlesque shows coming up, but…that’s for a different blog.
